Following Sir Arthur Liberty’s passion for discovery, the collection references his remarkable expeditions to Japan, China, Persia and India during the 1880s-1910s. From trailing Chinoiserie motifs, through to miniature Persian Garden illustrations, Indian Moghul painting and art from the Japanese Edo period, this intrinsically Liberty collection reinterprets traditional techniques with modern accents.

Meticulously crafted by skilled artisans and experts in traditional Chinese silk painting techniques, Silk Tree boasts a modern Chinoiserie design. The print features a striking canopy of tree and bamboo branches, decorated with birds, butterflies, and an assortment of vivid florals.

Please note: This is a premium product and we would recommend the use of a smoothing brush when installing, to minimise any potential damage to the print surface.

Please note: Our wallpaper rolls are approximately 10.05m long within 1.5% accuracy. Hanging instructions are sent with every roll and to be followed by the installer before hanging. Please check the direction of the pattern before hanging. We recommend the use of a light, ready-mixed adhesive suitable for ‘paste-the-wall’ application.
